Using a grounded nautical framework, the method mirrors real navigation: stabilize the vessel, reclaim command, set direction, and live with mastery through changing conditions.

This session dismantles the internal patterns that keep her stuck in drama.

• Reconnect with confidence, humor, and personal strength
• Develop embodied authority others naturally respect
