My younger journey was with a father who was abusive, alcoholic and plain absent even when he was there. The feeling of I “can do nothing right” sucks. I held onto these feelings and many others for 20 years after my father was 6′ under, toes up, dead. Why was I letting his behavior affect me, it didn’t even affect him!
I realized we are not broken.
We may be bruised. We may feel lost, hurt, or despondent.
But we are not broken.
There is still a bright new world waiting for us.
My mother, fortunately, was “you can do anything you set your mind to”.
When we concentrate on Spirituality, Connection and Clarity we can connect to ourselves at the deepest level, then everything else falls into place.
